Modular homes.Ready places to live.

Luna Modul is building one complete system: a serial steel-frame home, production in Daugavpils and a network of prepared sites where companies can house teams and people can live for longer periods.

Luna end-to-end model

One team from the first drawing to everyday operation.

We do not separate the house from the place where it will work. Luna controls the product concept, prepares production, develops the territory, organises delivery and installation, and supports the accommodation after move-in.

About Luna Modul

We connect the home, the territory and everyday operation in one system.

Luna Modul is a Latvian modular-housing company developing its own residential product and the network around it. We design the module, organise production, prepare sites, install the homes and support the people who live there.

Discuss cooperation

Product company

The module is developed as Luna’s own repeatable product, with documentation, specifications and prototype feedback kept in one engineering cycle.

Operating company

We plan not only to sell homes, but also to place, rent, maintain and relocate them as demand moves between projects and cities.

Network company

Luna sites and partner sites turn individual modules into organised housing with utilities, laundry, access rules and local service.

Luna Design · the residential module

One carefully engineered home — ready to be produced, moved and lived in.

The idea is simple: complete as much of the home as possible in controlled production conditions, deliver it to a prepared site and connect it without rebuilding the house on location. The Luna module is designed for up to six people and for the full life cycle — production, transport, installation, intensive use, maintenance and relocation.

See how production works

Living capacity

Up to six residents in the workforce configuration; the final layout depends on use and approvals.

Structure

A load-bearing steel frame with dedicated lifting, support and transport solutions.

Utilities

Heating and ventilation for Latvia, internal electrical and plumbing systems, and quick site connections.

Daily use

Furniture, appliances, sanitary equipment, service access and replaceable high-wear elements are part of the design brief.

Exact dimensions, equipment packages and technical performance will be published for each confirmed model and use case.

Production

From the steel frame to a ready-to-connect home.

Production is being prepared as a controlled serial process. The objective is consistent quality, a predictable bill of materials and modules that can be serviced, moved and deployed again.

Steel frame

Assembly tables, MIG/MAG welding, positioning and lifting equipment create the transportable load-bearing structure.

Envelope and insulation

Panels, insulation, wind protection, external finish and roof are assembled for the agreed Latvian-use specification.

Interior and services

Electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, sanitary equipment, furniture and appliances are installed before delivery.

Quality and logistics

Connections, equipment and lifting points are checked before the completed module leaves production.

How the system is prepared

Production, site preparation and service are developed as one operating chain.

  • SIA Luna Modul is registered in Daugavpils
  • The product concept combines a steel frame, transportability, daily residence and maintainability
  • The production process and equipment list are prepared for repeatable manufacture
  • The first location is planned in Olaine; later sites depend on demand, land, utilities and approvals

Luna Sites

The territory is part of the product.

A workforce team needs more than beds. Luna develops its own sites and works with land and accommodation partners so that the module arrives into an organised environment with clear operating responsibility.

On Luna-developed sites

  • +Land assessment, documentation and site layout
  • +Vehicle access, module supports and utility connections
  • +Shared laundry for longer workforce stays
  • +Parking, waste collection, Wi-Fi and controlled access according to the site format
  • +Resident rules, maintenance, cleaning and technical response

For employers and partners

  • +One request for a team, city, start date and term
  • +Placement on a Luna site or through an approved accommodation partner
  • +Purchase or rental of modules for the client’s own prepared territory
  • +Partnership with landowners who can host a future Luna location

From factory to move-in

We do more than deliver a box.

The module and the site are prepared in parallel. That reduces idle time: the finished home arrives at a pre-arranged location, is positioned, connected and handed over for residence.

Factory-complete module

Structure, finish and equipment are completed under controlled conditions.

Prepared site

Access, supports, utilities and common services are ready before delivery.

Lifting and positioning

The transportable home is placed on its prepared supports.

Quick connections

Electricity, water, sewerage and other agreed systems are connected.

Move-in

The employer or resident receives a furnished, operational living space.

Ongoing service

Luna coordinates maintenance, site standards and future relocation if required.

Luna Living

Not a temporary box, but an organised place to live.

Luna Living is the operating layer after installation. The resident receives a furnished home; the employer receives one point of responsibility; and the territory receives clear rules for access, maintenance and shared services.

Inside the home

  • +Sleeping places for up to six people
  • +Heating, ventilation, electricity, water and sewerage
  • +Furniture, appliances and sanitary equipment
  • +Service access and replaceable high-wear elements

On the site

  • +Shared laundry for longer stays
  • +Parking, waste handling and Wi-Fi by location
  • +Controlled access and resident rules
  • +Cleaning, maintenance and technical response

Commercial formats

  • +Accommodation priced per resident and period
  • +Module rental priced per unit and term
  • +Purchase with an agreed equipment package
  • +Delivery, connections and site service calculated separately
LUNA / CALCULATION

How pricing is formed

The rate depends on the city, number of residents, duration, module configuration, utilities and service scope. Until the prototype specification and first-site operating budget are confirmed, Luna issues an individual preliminary calculation rather than publishing an artificial fixed price.

Ways to work with Luna

Start with the need you have today.

House a workforce team

Tell us the city, number of people and term. We will assess Luna and partner-site options.

Request accommodation

Buy modular homes

Order one or more transportable residential modules with an agreed configuration, delivery and installation scope.

Discuss a purchase

Rent the modules

Use the module as an asset without buying it; location, connections, service and term are agreed separately.

Discuss module rental

Offer land or a site

Bring a suitable location into the future Luna network as a landowner, developer or local operating partner.

Luna Network · Latvia

A planned network of modular housing sites across Latvia.

The Latvian network is planned around industrial centres, construction corridors and cities with recurring demand for mobile labour. Each point is opened only after land, utility, documentation and operating conditions are verified.

For investors

A product, a site network and recurring accommodation demand in one model.

Luna is being built as an integrated operator, not only a module seller. Product ownership, serial production, prepared sites, rental and service create several routes to revenue and make the model repeatable city by city.

Own product system

The standard module, engineering package and future refinements remain under Luna’s commercial control.

Physical operating network

Sites can be developed by Luna, financed with partners or contributed by landowners.

Recurring demand

Construction, infrastructure, manufacturing and logistics companies require organised accommodation for mobile teams.

Multiple exit routes

A module can be sold, leased, placed in Luna accommodation or redeployed to another location.

LUNA / INVEST

Practical answers

What can be requested from Luna now?

Is Luna already a real project?

SIA Luna Modul is registered in Daugavpils. This website presents the company’s operating model and planned product and site network. Technical parameters, schedules and commercial terms are confirmed for each project before commitment.

How many people can live in one module?

The workforce configuration is designed for up to six residents. The final occupancy, layout and equipment depend on the use case, engineering outcome and required approvals.

Can the home be moved again?

Yes. Transport, lifting, support points, installation and repeated relocation are part of the design brief. The route and crane requirements are assessed for each move.

Can Luna house my workers?

Submit the city, number of people, start date and term. We will assess an own-site, partner-site or module-deployment solution.

Can I buy or rent only the module?

Yes. A module purchase, module rental, delivery, installation and service can be discussed separately from accommodation on a Luna site.

What is included on a Luna site?

The intended site format includes prepared module positions and utilities plus shared services such as laundry, parking, waste handling, connectivity, access rules and maintenance. The exact set is location-specific.

How do I receive the investment project?

Choose “Request investment project” in the enquiry form. After an introductory conversation, Luna will provide the current project package and verified assumptions.
